Ranky, button by button

What every section and button in Ranky does, explained in plain language. Ranky writes and publishes articles so you show up on Google, measures whether ChatGPT and other AIs recommend you, and finds new customers on Google Maps and Instagram.

Your first 3 steps

Step 1

Add your site

On Home, type your website address and click “Add site”.

Step 2

Let Ranky set it up

Click “✨ Set up everything automatically”. Ranky reads your site, understands your business and sets everything up in minutes.

Step 3

Ranky works for you

It publishes articles on your plan's schedule, finds customers every day and measures whether AI recommends you. You just review the results.

Inside each site

When you open one of your sites you'll see tabs at the top. Here they are, in order, and what each button does.

What Ranky does for you Main tab

A summary of everything Ranky has done and will do for your site: articles, leads and AI reports.

✨ Set up everything automatically
Ranky analyzes your site, writes your business DNA, researches keywords, schedules your articles and sets up your customer search. It's the most important button if you don't want to configure anything by hand. #
Go
Takes you straight to the tab where each pending task is. #

Your business and Settings “Your business” and “Settings” tabs

Your DNA is the source of truth: what you sell, to whom, where and what makes you different. The AI only writes with that data, so it doesn't make things up.

Save DNA
Saves your business description. The more specific it is (services, city, years of experience), the better the articles. #
How to choose your voice and DNA? See guide with examples
Opens examples of how to describe your business and how you talk to your customers. #
Save settings
Saves the article language, brand voice, phone, WhatsApp, address, expert author and the “Publish automatically” option. #

Your articles “Your articles” tab

This is where the articles that rank you on Google are born: first the ideas, then the draft and finally publishing on your site.

Research now
Ranky researches what your customers search for on Google and suggests article ideas with the reason for each one. #
Generate article
Writes the full article for that idea in your brand voice: title, summary, FAQs, links to your other articles and an image. #
Find questionsAdd to ideas
Finds the “People also ask” questions on Google about your topic and turns them into article ideas. #
View draft
Opens the article so you can read it before publishing. #
Approve and publish
Publishes it to your WordPress, your blog or the widget on your site. It's yours forever. #
📣 Share kit
Writes the posts for Google Business, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp for that article, ready to copy. #
↻ Update
Refreshes a published article with up-to-date information. AI and Google prefer recent content. #
Check originality
Compares the article with others to confirm it's original. #
Review 20/20
The quality label: every new article goes through 20 checks before it's published (answers the search, doesn't invent data, talks about your real business…). If it fails, autopilot doesn't publish it and shows you what failed. “Natural” means it reads as written by a person and “Original” that it doesn't resemble other content. #

Optimization “Optimization” tabNew

Page-by-page decisions to rank higher on Google and get cited by AI. Each card has its “Analyze” button; where it applies, “Write article” sends the finding to the autopilot queue with priority.

Buyer searches
Reviews up to 500 real Google searches (Search Console) and separates people who want to buy from people who are just researching. Write first for the ones that bring customers. #
AI questions without a page
Takes the questions your customers ask ChatGPT and tells you which ones you answer well, which ones partially, and who the AI cites when you don't have a page. #
Titles, metas, H1, FAQ and schema
Reviews each page and tells you what to keep and what to change, with the new text ready to “Copy” and how confident it is. #
Internal link map
Suggests which pages to link to each other, with the anchor text and the reason. Only links that help the reader. #
Competitor pages worth beating
Scores the pages that beat you on Google (answer, depth, proof and freshness) and tells you what to take from each one to beat them. #
Probability that AI cites each page
A 0-100 score per page of how likely AI is to cite it, and the first thing to fix (for example, adding a comparison table). #

Does ChatGPT recommend you? Tab with the same name

Ranky asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude what your customers would ask and tells you whether they recommend you, who they recommend instead and which sites they cite.

Scan now
Asks the AIs the questions and gives you your mention rate, your competitors and a task plan to get recommended more. #
✨ Suggest questions with AI
Suggests real customer questions to measure. #
Add questionSave questions
Adds your own questions to the list that's measured every month. #
See the full answer
Shows what each AI answered, word for word, with its sources. #

Your competitors “Your competitors” tab

Who ranks above you for every important search and where you stand.

Analyze competition
Searches Google for your keywords and shows your position, the top 10 for each search, the competitors that appear most and the topics they cover that you don't. #
+ Article
Turns a topic your competitors cover into an article idea for you. #

Technical website check Tab with the same name

An SEO audit of your site: errors, speed and whatever stops Google and AI from reading you properly.

Audit my site
Crawls your pages and gives you a 0-100 score with every issue sorted by importance and how to fix it. #
Add alt text to imagesAdd excerpts to posts
If your site runs on WordPress, Ranky fixes these two issues for you in one click. #
Copy
Copies the suggestion (for example, a new meta description) so you can paste it on your site. #
