Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial
You can try RankyAI for free (one published article with image) without a card and without any charge. You are only charged when you actively choose a paid plan, and the trial never converts into a paid plan on its own.
2. Automatic renewal
Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year (depending on the plan you chose) at the then-current price, charged to the payment method you provided, until you cancel. Prices are in USD; sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state.
3. How to cancel
Cancel online at any time from Subscription → Cancel subscription in your dashboard — no phone call or email needed. You can also email contacto@ranky.com.mx from your account email and we will cancel for you. After you cancel, you won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Articles already published on your site stay online.
4. Refunds
- We don't refund the part of a billing period that has already passed, since the service was available to you during that time.
- We refund in full any billing error on our side: a duplicate charge, a charge after you correctly cancelled, or a charge for an amount different from the one you agreed to.
- Discount codes and promotional prices apply only to the payment where they were used and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the law of your state.
If you think you were charged by mistake, email contacto@ranky.com.mx with the date of the charge and we will review it as soon as possible.
5. Plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date, so you keep what you already paid for.
6. Payments processed by Stripe
All charges and refunds are processed by Stripe. How long a refund takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer, usually 5 to 10 business days.
